[Objective] Penetrate our city, connect, equip, and empower people to honor God.

Penetrate: Tell them the good news (Mark 16:15)

Connect: Welcome them into membership of God's household (Ephesians 2:19)

Equip: Grow them to maturity (Hebrews 6:1)

Empower: Use their spiritual gifts and talents to minister (Romans 12:6-8)

Honor: Worship and be pleasing to God (Romans 12:1)
